Avoid the pressure. Hemorroids occur when the blood veins around your rectum and anus become swollen and inflamed. Here are my Steps – How to Win My Girlfriend Back:

Step One: It’s time for a new look. I’ve sort of let myself go a little. I’ve not been putting a lot of effort into how I look. Well, it’s time to show her what she’s missing. No more of that tired, sloppy look, instead I’m going to turn heads. I’m not talking about some GQ look or anything, just clean cut and easy on the eyes. No more shopping at slobs-r-us. I crack myself up.

In fact, I think I’ll ask one of the girls I know for help. She’s always pretty eager to tell me what I should do; maybe I’ll let her help me out. I just don’t think I’ll mention why I need her help. And I’ll get a fresh hair cut. That always makes me feel more self-confident.

Step Two: Convince her I just want to be friends – no pressure that way. Now this one is going to be tricky. I don’t want to scare her off by being too pushy and I think this time apart may be a good thing. I need the time to figure out just what went wrong, so I can make sure it doesn’t happen again. The big trick here is I’ve got to be patient and not rush things or come across as desperate.

Step Three: I’ve got to make her fall for me all over again. Like I said before, I did it once I can do it again. They say the trick to getting a girl to fall for you is to make her like who she is when she’s with you. Now all I have to do is figure out how to do that. Maybe I’d better follow that link below.
